Chemical Controvery 3

After concluding your research on this topic, share your opinion about the controversy- which side are you on?
Ans: I think just having caffeine is a big NO but if you have to, then try to limit yourself. Limiting yourself doesn't mean you finish the whole bottle, it just means have little so you don't get addicted to it. Also, try to space your intake out,x don't have coffee every day, maybe one in a week or two weeks. I think teenagers shouldn't be drinking coffee at this age because it could affect them severely in the future, and can cause damage to the brain, heart, and blood flow at a very young age. I'm saying no to coffee to teenagers especially young teenagers, because they are just starting to grow and it could affect their growth later on.
